Anderson, Hager, and Moe Receives Top Peer Review Rating

Anderson, Hager and Moe, S.C. has passed its most recent peer review with flying colors. This is the 2nd consecutive time that we have met the strict quality control standards of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The firm received an unqualified report without any letter of comments, which is the highest level of peer review acceptance conferred by the AICPA (the national professional organization for CPAs), and is awarded to less than 10% of Certified Public Accounting firms in the United States.

The peer review program is based on an independent review of a CPA firm's quality control systems and includes an objective means of monitoring their adherence to professional standards. The AICPA requires its member firms to be tested in this manner every three years.

Congratulations on Passing the CPA Exam!

We are proud to announce that three of our employees, Alex Sutton, Curt Bach, and Paul Donatell passed the CPA exam this year. Well done - we're glad to have you on board!

Hayward Area Chamber of Commerce Honors Anderson, Hager, and Moe as its 2007 Small Business of the Year

The Hayward office of Anderson, Hager and Moe was honored to receive the 2007 Small Business of the Year from the Hayward Area Chamber of Commerce. As was written in the November 14, 2007 issue of the Sawyer County Record

"Because of the (small business) market we have, you can imagine how many we have to choose from," (Chamber Executive Director Kevin) Ruetten said. "We looked for businesses that give back to the community through their employees and owners and go above and beyond. The business this year has gone above and beyond for a long time and everyone has one way or another been touched by this small business. This was a hard decision… we're really proud of what they do."
