Barb Deutsch grew up in Albertville, Minnesota and moved to Birchwood, Wisconsin in 1996. She graduated from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College with an Associates Degree in Accounting and at the same time gained a leadership certificate. Barb has been with Anderson, Hager, & Moe since 2003. Prior to coming to Anderson, Hager, and Moe she worked as a Program Director at Birchwood Schools in Birchwood, WI, was self-employed in Waconia, MN, and was Office Manager at Hartman Construction in Victoria, MN and also Office Manager for Johnson Bros. Corp in Minneapolis, MN.

Barb has completed the Leadership Washburn County program, National Community Education program, and national Kellogg Foundation workshops, all of which focus on leadership roles within the community.

Barb's spare time is spent with her husband and two boys at sporting or school events, ATV'ing, boating, traveling, or just enjoying the beauty of Northwestern Wisconsin.
