Randy Pachal grew up in Loyal, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 1976 with a degree in Comprehensive Public Accounting. He has been with Anderson, Hager, & Moe since that time and specializes in not-for-profits, car dealerships, and real estate agencies.

Randy's service (past and present) to the Hayward community includes: Treasurer of the Hayward Sports Center, Treasurer of the Hayward Education Foundation, Treasurer of the Grace Lutheran Church Perpetual and Memorial Fund, Treasurer of the Hayward Hawks Baseball Team, Board of Directors - Grindstone Lake Association, Member and Past President - Hayward Area Rotary Club, Member - Hayward Oddfellows Lodge. In addition, he has many years of coaching youth in baseball, basketball, football, and soccer.

Randy's wife Kathleen is a Guidance Counselor at Hayward High School and they have two grown children, Amanda and Jeremy.
