John Peterson grew up in Barron, Wisconsin and graduated in 1996 from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Accounting. John's been with Anderson, Hager, & Moe since 2005 and before that worked in the Private Client Services group at Arthur Andersen in Minneapolis, was Cost Accounting Manager at MTS Corporation in Eden Prairie, MN and was a Financial Analyst at Eaton Corporation in Eden Prairie.

John is actively involved in his church as well as the Barron County Sunrise Rotary Club and Leadership Barron County. In addition to spending time with his wife and three boys, he likes to fish, hunt, and run his hobby farm.
