Melissa Jordan, CPA
Melissa grew up in Hayward and graduated in 2009. She attended Carthage College in Kenosha, WI for a year then went on to receive a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She first interned with Anderson, Hager & Moe in 2013 before starting full-time in January of 2014. She received her Certified Public Accountant licensure in January 2018.
Melissa has been very active in the community while volunteering with the American Birkebeiner, Hayward Fall Festival, the Lure of Lights, Musky Festival, Chequamegon Fat Tire Festival, the Sawyer County Fair and was the 2008 Hayward Musky Festival Queen. She is currently serving on the Hayward Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors where she previously served two years as President and one as Treasurer. She has also served as Treasurer on the Hayward Sports Center Board of Directors in prior years. Melissa also volunteers on the Income Committee for the Hayward Community Food Shelf, is active with Element Church, and is a member of the firm’s marketing committee.
Reading and being outdoors with her husband, dog and two children are some of Melissa’s favorite hobbies. They really enjoy camping, hunting, fishing and hiking. They also love shooting archery together and attending the Hayward Hawks baseball games.
