Karen Slaminski, CPA
Karen has been a CPA for over 30 years after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1988 with a BS in accounting. She started her career in Middleton, WI at the firm of Smith & Gesteland, CPA’s. In 1990 Karen joined Anderson, Hager & Moe CPA’s in Spooner and became partner in 2020. Karen works with small business and individual clients with a wide range of consulting, planning, accounting, tax and Quickbooks issues.
Karen has been involved over the years with the Spooner Chamber of Commerce, Spooner Education Foundation, Leadership Washburn County, Spooner Junior Achievement, Ducks Unlimited and her church. Serving on the board of these organizations. Karen currently lives in Spooner and during her free time enjoys spending time with her family, reading, snowmobiling, hiking and being at the lake. Karen and her husband have 3 grown children and grandchildren to keep them busy.
